The breakfast here was amazing, and we got to try some really delicious drinks. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help out in any situation. The location is awesome, it's near a bus stop, in case you ever need it! 🚌

The room was brand-new and neat, great value. There was a walk-in shower. The hotel was really close to ADO bus terminal. We had a great breakfast plus good service. The staff was really helpful and hard-working. The bathroom was clean.

The accommodation was wonderful, pool was nice, beds were big. The breakfast was great with juice and french toast and fruit to choose from. Also, location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Quinta Avenida. The area was beach short walk to the Caribbean sea as well as Avenue 5 to the south

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value. The room was clean and cozy, and we had a fantastic view of Cozumel from our balcony. The location was perfect, just a minute away from Quinta and two minutes from ADO. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

When it comes to breakfast delights, it would have been great to have a wider variety of options to choose from each morning.

Everything was perfect, the parking was nearby, the room was great-sized and functional. We got a room with a tub. The personnel were very amiable. The location was excellent and unbeatable, by the resturant, great value in contrast to other hotels. You can find Gallo's Pizza & Pasta close to the hotel to a have lunch.

It is in front of the sea and at the same time a few steps away from the ADO bus terminal as a connection to different destinations in the Riviera Maya and also a few steps away from 5th Avenue, which is the main avenue in Playa del Carmen as well, very close to the ferry terminal that depart and arrive to and from Cozumel Island. refrigerator (fridge) was full of rust in several parts, freezer was saturated with frost, windows were full of grease and at no time during our stay were they cleaned. toilet area is narrow and paper holder is invasive and causes shocks. wi-fi was deficient, pool water was cloudy and seemed not to receive recirculation treatment, air conditioning was never cold and we had to sleep with the windows open to have a fresh environment, during the three days, in one of the corridors there was a wooden box that was never removed by the hotel staff, at the end of the stay I was charged $20 MXN/day (USD $1/day) for a sanitation tax that is not specified on this page. The off-season prices made our stay at this beachfront hotel affordable. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff who cleaned our room were very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to 5th Avenue where all the action is and right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy the ocean and great body surfing waves. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
